Products

All products are either entirely handmade or have handmade components. This means that the appearance may vary from item to item. 

Please note that my ceramic work is made from porcelain. This means that the items are breakable when dropped onto hard surfaces. Please treat with care and house jewellery items in a box when not in use. 

Shipping

Your order will be packaged and processed within three business days. Shipping times will vary depending upon your location. 

I will send you tracking details when your item has been dispatched. If you require express shipping, please contact me to arrange this.

Domestic shipping is at a flat rate of $10 for individual items. 

International orders have been priced at $35; however, please note that this does not include any taxes applicable to your country. 

Returns

All sales are final. Refunds, exchanges or store credits are not available. 

If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact me within seven days of receiving your item to arrange a replacement or refund. Please note that all items are made from porcelain and any accidental damage on your part will not be covered through refund or replacement.
